Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. If you try to order more of an item than we have in stock you will receive a warning message asking you to reduce the quantity. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept debit and credit card payments by phone and through Paypal - a secure online payment provider. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. If you are in the UK and wish to send a cheque or postal order please make it payable to LRD Toys & Gifts and send it to the above address within 7 days of placing your order. We will acknowledge receipt of your payment and advise you when your order will be sent.
Shipping And Handling Postage and packing within the UK is £1.95 for all orders up to £10 in value, £2.95 for all orders between £10 and £50 and £4.95 for all orders over £50. Packages over 2kg in weight will be sent parcel post. Overseas postage and packing will be determined at checkout.
Delivery Schedule We offer a fast and efficient service. Royal Mail collect daily from our premises, you will normally receive your order in 2-3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. If you need to return a product for any reason please ensure you return it in a saleable condition and in the original packaging. A refund will be issued. Postage costs will not be refunded unless the item was damaged or faulty on receipt.
